Following this 5-month hiatus from our home venue, we return with our most exciting lineup yet. Motion presents ‘5 Years of Diynamic’ with label head Solomun and rising talent David August. Diynamic the Hamburg based, taste-making label is renowned for being a beacon for forward thinking house music within Germany and beyond. The imprint is home to such artists as Stimming, H.O.S.H and Uner and to celebrate 5 years of releasing underground anthems, Solomun has taken the ‘5 Years of Diynamic’ tour to such celebrated places as Sankeys (Manchester), Sonar (Barcelona), Watergate (Berlin), Warung (Brazil) and now Newcastle for Motion. As a producer Solomun’s industrious back catalogue of tracks and remixes has graced the likes of Buzzin Fly, Freerange, Get Physical, Mobilee, Dessous, Four:Twenty and his own Diynamic imprint but it doesn’t stop there. He is hugely hands on in developing Diynamic and its roster of artist, hosts the weekly Dinyamic radio show on Ibiza Global Radio and owns Diynamic’s Club Ego in Hamburg, which is regarded as one of the world’s finest. Twenty year old David August holds a residency at Club EGO and is a fixture in the Hamburg label. Where he has already released two EPs and remixes ("Instant Harmony EP" and "Peace Of Conscience EP"), including the tracks "Moving Day" and "Hamburg is for Lovers", which were a massive success and received great critical acclaim and support from major DJ's worldwide. Recently Cocoon recognized his talent and included his ‘True Romance’ track in their Compilation K CD.
