To be fair, any club could challenge for Europe. All you need is for English clubs to do class in Europe again and hope you get awarded the fair play league.

Then the whole of that season instruct your team to not make 1 single challenge on anyone....no red or yellows = European adventure in between trips to Crystal Palace, Bristol City and Preston North end.
