its time for me to buy a new pair of running trainers, anyone got any suggestions?

ive had new balance which were canny like i must say and the lastest pair i have are addidas and are fucking shite lost there bounce real quick and hurt me feet

Fuck knows how i used to run in some of the trainers i have, i bought these and there a proper treet for feet.

Comfy as fuck, werent too pricey and not to shitty look cos with running trainers its comfort over style.

asics mate hands down, and remember its nearly impossible to get good running shoes that look pretty, so dont be put off if you see a pair with good spec, that happen to be ugly as fuck

there nice them like, where mavrick used to be in town there is a running shop ill pop in there and do i just say i want some good runners go and do your job john

went to that northern runner on low friar street, asked the guy in there what shoes i should get and he was great i had to put a pair of shorts on and him and the other assistand were looking at my knees bending and feet and the way i walk and my arches and that,

they then got 3 pairs of trainers that would suit me best and he said i wont tell you the price of any of them, i want you to get the ones that feel the most comftible and dont go with the price and i tried them all on and had a quick run in them and chose them bad boys £110 like but they are so comfy running, been for a run in them and my feet are so supported and cusioned

i used to run in rifts. hadn't worn them for years but they're actually alright for what they're designed for.

recently i've been running in 1990 puma disc blaze. i shouldn't because i'll ruin them, but they're proper decent

i once ran in a pair on converse becasue that what rocky wore in the films, after that my feet were killing,

these are well worth the money there so comfy to run in i cant describe

I got a pair of Pegasus 25th Anniversary from the Nike ID store.. means u can customise them too.

They are canny

you could run well in a pair of sandles playing this on full blast : )

ive recently been running and had la roux and ladyhawkes albums on there which were canny, a few tiesto ones in search of sunrise and elements of life, i like a bit of variety when im running,

ill be listing to the noisettes album the neet and then i think 2moz a bit of florence and the machine. also a bit of ways and means

yeh likeing la roux stuff , can`t beat Tiesto, can`t stop running even when yourr knackered
