    Roberto carlos to Cheslea Rovers!

Statement on Sky Sports news this morning received from the Madrid president reckons Carlos to Chelsea for £20m. Apparently, Madrid are just waiting on a fax to confirm!

They don't need him. Wayne Bridge is better suited to English football and is a better defender.

    IS IT FUCK.

"The freekick specialist" has scored 3 in 586

His defending is iffy and hes ok going forward.

    Hes also 31.

He would demand 100k+ a week.

    Stupid Signing if its made.

Id rather stick with Wayne Bridde.

It is totally unnecessary. They need a right winger and to get rid of that joke called Gronkewhatsit! Crosses are worse than Ambrose's.

Yeah but he still got that speed. He will just have to learn not to go forward all the time.

darude your so wrong on this one, what exactly is carlos good at you tell me? he takes free kicks hits the target 1 in every 20, he takes massives runs down the wing leaving huge gaps in the defense, his defending/marking is bad and hes a short arse whos hardly good in the air, and in my eyes hes past his best.
    well.....

is it cos hes brazilian

carlos is a fantastic player u cant possibly compare him to wayne bridge this is a guy thats won tropheys of the highest order .his work rate is amazing fair point on his free kicks but id say he is a better palyer than bridge by a country mile.

Completely agree, you don't win umpteen Champions League Medals, World Cup Medals if your a bad player. carlos will definately add something to Chelsea. Certainly take the p1ss out of the Toons defence next year

i think carlos is well past his best. a good player still, and would walk into the toon side hands down, but i feel bridge is becoming better, and for the money they will have to pat carlos i think it is debatable if his arrival will be worthwhile. the only positives i can see from his move would be that he will increase competition for places, and he could pass on his experience in training to the likes of bridge etc.

depends though, i suppose we will see.
