Fkn hell he's landed on his feet hasnt he, he must be worth a fortune as well off moves alone

I remem when he left Coventry and went to Inter when he was fresh from school and there was a state of shock around the UK at the time or footballing world really.

Hat's off tho for the moves he has had since, i would never of said no to him joining NUFC but it would never of happened.

Torres & Keane on paper looks a canny strike force.

This is before todays move :

He has amassed £38 million pounds in transfer fees.

    Clubs
    Tottenham Hotspur F.C. (2002 - )
    Leeds United F.C. (Loan; 2000 - 2001)
    Leeds United F.C. (2001 - 2002)
    Internazionale Milano F.C. (2000 - 2001)
    Coventry City F.C. (1999 - 2000)
    Wolverhampton Wanderers F.C. (Trainee; 1997 - 1999)

So thats now about £58 million isnt it + Liverpool 08/09

Hes wicked Robbie Keane like, we have tried to sign him a couple of times - once under Reid and last summer too.

He was interested in coming to Sunderland like.... Gave it about 0.2 seconds thought each time before telling us where to go

Will be a good signing for Liverpool though, just the sort of player theyve been missing imo.

Definitely the biggest transfer of the summer so far, he was amazing last season. Will be interesting to see what spurs frontline is like next season.Ramos is going to have to pull his finger out in the transfer market if spurs are going to do anything next season

Liverpool havent had a proper goal poacher for years. Him and Torres could be lethal

Cracking signing for Liverpool, always rated Keane myself like, lets see what he can do alongside Torres, deadly combination.

They've paid well over the odds for him, but him an Torres up front will be a right handful

  I'm sorry but 16 for darren bent was a joke!! he's a black andy johnson, I suppose i've always taken a bit of a dislike to him but to think that's the same price barca paid for Henry.

In light of that it kinda makes this Keane signing look even worse!!

He's a good signing but 21 is well steep, they can see Liverpool comin this season with the 18 for Barry as well, that's if the deal ever gets done.

I'd be quite happy without Barry to be honest.
I think our midfield is sound apart from the left wing.

21 for Keane is bad but 20 for Barry is shambolic, much worse than 16 for Bent!

anyway our Darren hit 4 goals against Norwich on Monday night so hes blatantly going to hit 40 goals this season

I don't think he's quite there yet mate.
He's good at running at players but his crossing isn't the best.
I think he'll take another year to be good enough.
I was happy when the rumours about David Silva were kicking about, he would have been ideal.

Silva looked well silky in the Euros but a bit weak.

ps Bent to score more than Keane this season
