    Ripping a DVD to a file losslessly

    Whats the best way?

    I want to rip them as .vob files so i dont lose quality or sound.

    Whats the deal with .vobs are they the same pic ratio and what sound do they carry? Is 5.1 or just 2?

    Whats the best way to do it? DVDFab then .vob it?
