    Revels Cd reviews.

    GC Resident Transmision 2 -

its not too bad. It was unfortunatly released a mointh later than first expected, so already its sounding a little dated (if u are well up on your Trance). But there is enough new stuff on there to keep you interested!

CD1 Bondy - oh dear - not too good IMO. starts off quite well, gets progressively worse.....ending with members of mayday - we are rubbish.
CD2 Matty - Pretty good. Some good tunes. the goldenscan tune @ the start is class, cant wait to hear the finsished tune! POS is obviously an amzing tune too.
CD3 - the best one for me. More newer stuff. dont really like the above and beyond mix of rollerball tho!

    worth a buy!!

    tiesto nyana

CD1 - not massively impressed. represents what tiests like at the end of his sets....works in a club, not so well on CD IMO.

CD2 - really good.....the new andain track is indeed, a beautiful thing. dont like sirocco - destinations tho! its boring! and appears on the GC album too! argh! but tiesto does mix it out beautifully, and swiftly....!

    both worth a purchase!!!

any 1 else got either? what do u think?

are crasher not just churning out the albums for the cash (obviously they re to make profit, but u know what i mean)? I dont follow what albums they release but it seems they do a new one every couple of months... is this a sorta last money spinning effort before they close crasher in Sheffield?

they will obviously do it for the £££, but the resident transmition ones have been very good CDs too!
i think the lion is trying to claw back some of its reputation, and its doing quite welli reckon.
its a good CD, made with thought too. it does represent the current state of trance.

just listening to CD2 of nyana again....and its fukkin mint. really gorgeous.

i would agree with revels review!!

crasher -cd1 is pretty boring!!but i think scott bond has lost it over the past couple of years anyway!
-cd2 really good, has picked out the best bits of current trance and sounds very energetic
-cd3 - IMO not as good as cd2 but still very pleasing

tiesto - cd1 is boring as fuck!!nothing more to say!!
cd2 - better but it's no revolution really!!

    Agree with dave.

    Cd1: Very dull
Cd2: As soon as i put it on i knew it was better than the first one. Good start to a good cd.
Cd3: Still listning to it but so far is pleasing but IMO not as good as 2.

I still listen to Resident Transmission all the time as i think its amazing but this one imo aint as good.
