    Refresh rate

    While i'm clicking about the Promise website i keep going back to a previous screen or a old not updated screen:confused:


    So its not refreshing/updating itself when i click from screen/forum:(

    what a pain in the arse so i have to keep clicking the refresh button on my task bar:evil:

    Any advice any1?

    1) Use Firefox

    2) Type about:config in the address bar, right-click on
    browser.cache.check_doc_frequency, select 'modify', type 1.
