recording problem trying to record a mix onto my laptop from a behringer djx700 to Magix Cleaning and Audio package. using a phono to mini-jack into the headphone socket on my laptop it records as if it were a mic and can hear everything we say!! any solutions?
i was gonna say that, although it still doesent explain why you can hear yourself, have you got a mic plugged in somewhere or does the internal mic turn on when somethings inserted into the socket etc?
aye this is prbly the case mate... i bought a berhringer USB adapter to get roud this problem, £19.99 from HTFR.com done the busniess and sound quality is better than from a line in!
the mic socket is next to the headphone socket, also looked in control panel and turned off the mic, but problem still persists! thanks for the advice
