If you wanna get salmonella. There are companies which make liquid egg white in the bottle, that has some process which eliminates the chances of salmonella.

Eggs with the British Lion mark dont have salmonella. The hens have all been vaccinated.

Cooked egg protein is more digestible than raw egg protein, nothing to gain by having them raw

Nice one I never knew that. Do these eggs cost more though? I Just buy cheaper large eggs, and make an omelette with olive oil, works for me.

And it's better to have eggs first thing really, have a larger meal with a meat protein source after training.

Yeah I think they do mate.

It's just as easy to stick some eggs in the microwave with milk and make scrambled eggs or like you said, make an omelette.

it's a little too late/early to get nerdy but cooking eggs reduces the risk of ou developing atherosclerosis from them, as cooing oxidises the lipoproteins (cholesterol) which eggs contain...

In training terms eggs are eaten in the morning, late morning snack, along with something like oats/porridge.

After training you want a larger meal with a meat protein. I dunno if you have protein shakes or whatever.

It would be very unlikely to get it though. You cant live your life not eating things because you may catch something. A lot of foods have there risks but that doesnt stop people eating them. Like I also suggested, it would be better to just hoy them in the microwave and make scrambled eggs, tastes better.

    Can I use raw eggs?
Food Standards Agency advice, which precedes the introduction of the Lion Quality Code of Practice, recommends that vulnerable groups such as the elderly, very young, sick and pregnant women should eat eggs that are thoroughly cooked. To minimise any food safety risks, use Lion eggs, keep them in the fridge and use before the best-before date. The Lion Quality mark ensures that the eggs you buy come from hens vaccinated against salmonella.
