RAM & Graphics..... dedicated or integrated?

Whats the easiest way to see if ive got a dedicated or integrated graphics card?

Also where do ya find out how much RAM you have?

Ive got an AMD 64 2800+ processor and NVIDIA GeForce FX 5200

it says the TV encoder type is integrated but thats not the graphics card surely?

    GeForce FX5200 is dedicated gfx - 128MB.
