R All Trance Nights Goin Down The Pan??

IMO, trance nights r very boring now! most of the time, when im in a trance club, i always end up in the funky/house room because the trance is just a total bore! its either me getting older or trance is getting boring! hardhouse nights r always a pleasure!!:D

The Trance that has been going about for the last two years has been shit IMO.

    Trance is yesterdays music.

It will live on in smaller venues no doubt.

That is why I stopped going to Sundissential every month because I always ended up in the funky/house room because the hard house @ the time was just bad noise. I do think HH has improved since then & I will be going to SSN more often this year.

SSN is 1 of the best clubs ive been to, the hard house does sound like bad noise some of the time, but when the likes of rob tissera r behind that lil dj booth the place is fuckin unbeliaveble. i will be in attendance for SSN..not this month coz im goin to joes nite at envy coz its his openin nite! and the line up is ;)

You need variation!!!, playin trance every week tis always gonna get boring unless your seeing the finest then that givs a bit of an edge to the nite!!!!, but why not hav a house, trance, hard trance, techno or even live sets on the same nite!!!! happens all over just never heard of it up here!!!!!, trance is'nt dead by a long shot, if anything is still the best music about but a do feel the harder edged stuff is coming through alot more lately!!!!, and alot of it is quality!!!!!:D :D

Since clubs have experimented with the harder side of trance, I would say it's been their downfall.

You get the build up and the wait, people have begun to realise the only part of the night they actually enjoy is the end.

So why pay to sit and wait for things to get interesting when you can go to a club and it's like that from the start? That's where other clubs have cashed in, the smaller clubs, clubs where you wont get your 'die hard' trance baby who will moan and cause a protest for not giving you the mundane stuff you get for a large part of the night. It would be like Crasher doing hardhouse, you just cant do it, the out cry, the drama, the chaining yourself to the doors of the republic!, but the smaller clubs, they can do what they want because they arent tied up in all that, to be honest people dont give a shit about that anymore, its not about being loyal and narrowminded, my way is right fuck off, it's about being open minded and just having fun, the snobbery/exclusivity value isnt there anymore, it's what the kids want.

hard trance runs perfectly along side hard house, people who like hard trance love hardhouse and vice versa, they go perfectly hand in hand. They mix and match, alot better than prog/trance.
