i decided to do it with out the help and glad i did - no relapse in just over two years. the first two weeks is the worst then its easy as fuck. i have the odd cringe, but they go before you have time to find someone with a tab you can steal

feel much better for it now and dont smell like a horrible cunt anymore

I used the tablets, I didnt have a smoke for 6 months but i've lapsed a couple of times recently.

The craving for a fag only lasts two minutes, if you remember this then its pretty easy to quit.
