    10mins steak sandwich.

take 2 frying or gammon steaks and fry them.

While doing so, chop up half an onion, a few mushrooms, 2 cloves of garlic and some peppers...chop them up fine and if you want, do a tomato or 2.

chop up mozzerella (balls better,,but you can use the hard stuff and grate it)

when steaks are cooked to your tastes, place one on a baking tray, place on the steak, mozzeralla and the onion, mushrooms, garlic and peppers.

place the other steak on top, put a little mozzerlla on the top...or use anothe type of cheese for this...brie works well but cut off the rind.

place under grill for 5 mins until th cheese has melted.

serve with salad or stuffed potato skins.

Tonight I shall be having salmon and salad.

Salmon - place large piece of salmon in microwave dish, add white wine, olive oil and fish seasoning. Cover and cook for four minutes.

Salad - remove from bag, put on plate.

An unbelievably healthy meal in about five minutes flat! :p

to get the most out of spag bol you've got to simmer it for at least a couple of hours! even better, make it the night before and the flavours all fuse together and its loads better than just making it and eating is straight away!! :D
