Whats your favourite excuses for pulling a sickie? Just incase I decide I ever want to use it I've used some classics in the past but I always have to build myself up before phoning in Im running out of ones I can use now though, Im a bad boy

They all generally come across like that no matter what you say

Neither have I :angel2: but Ive had plenty of days off from phoning in sick

Exactly. A day off sick when you really are sick is a waste of a good sick day.

The ebst ones are where you say you're havnig trouble 'downstairs' cos they never ask any more questions, not that I've ever said that mind

i never phone in sick, its harsh on your work mates.

If you know you not gonna go to work the day after a good session, make it last until the morning your due in (which I'm sure is most of you are no stranger too anyway). Ring your boss first thing as you'll be sounding rough as fuck anyway.

You: "Hi *insert boss' name*, I was just........."

Boss: "God *insert you name*, . You really don't sound well today"

You: "Yeah that's why I was ringing, I really don't feel up to work today......"

Boss(butt's in!): "Don't worry, you sound terrible. Ring me in the tomorrow morning if your not feeling any better!"

Little does he know you've rinsed about 20 pints/Gary's/Grams (delete as appropriate) the night before

I don't make a habit of pulling sickies but on the odd one or two days where I really can't be arsed to go to work I usually say I've got an upset stomach or something, my supervisor always tells me just to stay home to avoid passing it on to anyone.

tbh they probs all throw a party when u do a no show

i've never pulled a sickie from work...

my theory is if i do i'll b fucked if i'm ever really ill

sickness and diarrhoea........... runny poo normally shuts the bitch up in personnel from asking too much

where's the furthest ppl have phoned into work sick from? mines Dallas, Texa's, Dam the time lag on the line.

I once over heard magic pauls mate telling his boss he had been kicked in the bollocks by a shire horse!!
