PS2 chipping I have a couple of imported games I want to play and I've lost my Swap Magic slide tool. Does anybody know who/where I can have my PS2 modified to play imports?
It's difficult to get done these days. The websites I used to know no longer offer a chipping service. I think the loop holes in the law were closed and they were forced to stop else face prosecution.
No where touches them these days after everyone getting done last time , think the semi-legal way round it is to get ps2 swap magic software and the flip top lid mod !!!
flip top lid mod is for the slimline version though. I have swap magic for my old style PS2 but i've lost the slide tool and can't seem to find one on it's own
ACtually I appear to be mistaken! Does the flip top cover mod automatically let you open it without causing problems or do you need something extra?
ive no idea m8 , ive got an old style ps2 with a messiah 2 chip in it .... have a look HERE see if thats any better ..?
