    Promise - Young Guns

    Promise should have a young guns night, with young, up and comming DJs on. doing short sets maybe for an hour or something....

    doesnt have to be on a friday or anything.

    its a blatent copy of crasher i know, but it would be a good idea i think with all the young DJs around....

    good idea / bad idea?

    would love to do something like this!

    I think its definitely a good idea, and something that I remember getting suggested a long time ago.

    I'd definitely be up for it, and I know a lot of other people would be too.

    a friday night @ envy would be class.... (a friday when history is on? maybe.....)

    charge £4 entry or something?

    woulds get well busy....(probs with pikeys tho :p)

    I think it could be a good thing as long its the right place at the time etc. With a strong backing it could definately work really well.

    It would work better than doing another DJ competition.

    I think we have. I love the Always room & funky in the backroom works for GG & SS but I didn't think it worked @ Promise hard. I think with Promise being predominantly a trance club upstairs @ Promise Hard should be young north east trance DJs or Lee/Richard playing a 6 hour set!!!

    Upstairs is pretty much spoken for with some good funky line ups. Fortunate for some, not for others!
