    gotta say i prefer the party atmosphere at quality more, but there isnt as much music variation in the night, i cant decide i love both nights for differant reasons :D

    When I go out, I prefer my music hard (be it rock or 'dance'), therefore I prefer Quality. Promise is always a good night though. :)

    Both as good as each other as they are completely different nites, esp now the style of music at Promise has gone away from the harder end of the spectrum
