Wouldnt this job suit Promise gimp "Smartie" ? You could dress him in a leather gimp suit and lock him away when not needed.

Why go through an agency when they can recruit some1 they know who is extremely passionate about promise from the messageboard free of cost?

They'd just get a standard employee who was just working for money fi they used an agency.

Well for one, if they got someone who was so passionate about Promise, they could get too emmotionally involved, and as for a standard employee who was just working for money, it has been proven that some of the best candidates on todays market work through agencies, cos they can get more money in doing so, also, if they go to work just for the money, what would you goto work for????? Not many people do it for the love of it

    wat?!?!?!?

    Passionate employee get emotionally involved?

Every employers dream employee is someone who is as passionate about their company as they are as they will give 100% - money is not the biggest motivater...

for someone who deals with recruitment - u aint that clued up :D

Yep, i seen it b4, they get to involved and to personal, and as for money not being the biggest motivator, if you dont pay what their worth, then one day someone will and they`ll go. As the saying goes `money makes the world go round`.
