    I noticed the status of promise on fb today saying that they were looking foward to John Kellys return to Newcastle 10 days and counting. But i cant find anything about this event. Any one heard anything

    I aint being clubbing in a long while just keep up with whats on on here and fb. But yeah ive noticed promise will post something then nothing for a while then something again. Strange.

    Without doubt.

    I think at the time of their 'comeback' Junior:G had just ended (if my memory serves me right), there was a huge need to fill the void with something similar which would have definitely taken off with some, if not very little thought. But They killed it, dragged the name through the shite & booked an old Promise Legend who ended up playing to about 100 people as no fucker outside this forum knew it was actually on. Quite scary when you think the folk responsible for all this were once the engine behind one of the most successful Prog/Trance nights in the UK once upon a time.

    God loves a trier.
