Dave Pearce is the new promise resident from the looks of things.

Why isn't it Promise doing this Baby G thing? Missed opportunity to redeem itself for crimes like this.

    Tulip for cosmic ballrooms.

If I ever walk into the cosmic ballrooms at 10 0 clock and hear 140 bpm trance or and eric prydz tune I'm going to walk straight back out.

That's what I'm scared of. Walking into Goodgreef last week and been greeted by tech trance and huge offbeat basslines didn't exactly set the formula for a good night.

Prog House/Prog Trance > Trance is how the warm up for a trance night should go if you ask me. It was one of the best things about Promise.

The Tulip warm up made Promise.

Dependably awesome every time. Still the only prog I've enjoyed.

You're right about this warm up problem though, I don't want to be hearing techno first thing, or I'm not going till midnight/1ish.

It will be absolutely mint, provided the crowd is decent (and I think it will be) and the DJ's don't cane it before midnight-ish.

    Can't wait :D

Pretty shameful to say I've been in Newcastle 4 years

I will be keeping an eye out for your friends :D
