    i think otherwise, there are alot of people who prefer prog!! some punters might prefer a change once in a while, once every two month or summit!!!

    promise was pretty much a prog night, cause about 12/18mnths ago the line ups were:
    parks and wilson
    tyrant
    nick warren
    dave seaman
    jimmy van m
    chrisa fortier
    even sasha.
    they didnt get the punters in, which is a pity cos some of my best nights have been at nick warren, dave seaman etc.
    saw dave s there 4 times, it was really busy everytime. i seriously doubt he'l be back.
    he doesnt really fit on the same bill as eddie halliwell does he?

    any chance he may come back mark?

    yeah, jimmy van m played back in dec 2000 i think, if i remember rightly.
    saeed and palesh hve played as well, and john creamer.
    john creamer was class!

    I am only really starting to listen to prog recently and i do enjoy it but i dont belive a "prog night" at promise would work. Its great as a warm up but thats it.:)
