all i can say is wow! fook me! this game is the best football game ever!

everything u cud ask them to improve on they have done, passing is a lot more realistic but not as impossible as people were making out, you have to directy passes and the power of them works through how hard you press the pressure sensitve buttons on ur controller, means you can time and weight perfect through balls but means you require skill instead of it being perfect everytime
shooting has improved now, instead of the previous editions standard shot using the laces of the boot so it always went straight and looked a little unrealistic, you can now bend the ball using the R2 button so it curls nicely and nestles in bottom corner, u have to direct it more now as well, quite tricks at first but after a few training sessions u'll be knocking them in

obv all the players names are correct (for international teams) but obv these carry over to club teams and all the premiership names are correct jus not the team names (it seems anyway)

free kicks have been improved hugely, u can now bend it both ways using the R3 analogue stick, so now u can reproduce classic beckham and carlose "bending" freekicks into bottom or top corners

fuckin awesome!! although it is still quiter hard to score free kicks it isnt impossible anymore, which means when you concede a freekick to real madrid ont he edge of the area u better be scared (unlike last game where it would be ok to concede a free kick cos u knew ur opponent diudnt have a cat in hells chance of scoring )

apart from that there are some more added animations eg. players fouling etc

and there is the usual update of better player likenesses

later on in games players shirts become untucked, you can see them breathe when its cold, there is snow weather option, improved replay camera angle, think u can save all replays now not just goals, it is a lot harder to score as well so no more 9-1s against liverpool when playing on 6 star, there is background music over ighlights so u it doesnt get quiet when eatchin them which pissed me off in old game

seems like there is more stadiums too, 34 to start with more obv unlockable

wierd thing is they still seem to use half empty stadiums sometimes but when u watych back replays the stadium is near full

all in all 11/10!! well worth the upgrade from PES4

now i just need a good update so all the kits and spoinsers are correct

now im going back to play

definitely different , actually feels like you are playing a game of footy.....you need to come and collect the ball when passed to you rather than just stand there and wait like you could on PES4


Shooting is far more realistic , it is actually possible to score more than 1 in 20 long rangers

The players seem 'meatier' , it really fees like you have connected with the ball

Much harder to just dribble your way to goal , you have to really pass it about

Managed to make Ronaldinho do the flip flap once but no idea how i did it

exactly, u have to be well more skillfull, passing ball about is the best way to get to goal, u can actually do proper one 2s as well, theres so much more variety in shooting and passing, players no get in your way more if u rn into em isntead of just "ghosting" through them, and fouls are a lot more realistic and seem up to date with actual fifa rules

also ref does drop balls if game has to be stopped

its also class that pace isnt the key think in this game, in other games zidane was shite cos he was to slow, id much rather pick a pacey midfielder over him, but in this game its all about skilfullness of a player, so ronaldinho, zidane, lampard and gerrard are all shit hot even though the latter 3 arent that quick
