Printer CRAZYNESS!! My printer is going nuts It wont stop printing loads a sheets with symbols and pretty ickle hearts and stuff!! HELP??:spangled:
Re: Printer CRAZYNESS!! I know this sounds really stupid but.. try turning it off and leave it for 30 secs and try again. Failing that u might need to reinstall the drivers.. what make and model is it, also what version of windows u using?
Easy one - 2 things you need to do - click start > Printers - then double click the printer - clear anything thats waiting to be printed from the print que. Then turn the printer off for 30 secs and on again. Eventually the print que will empty . if it's printing random sheets with the odd dodgy character on - it's just lost the settings. reset everything and it'll be fine. it also keep trying to print the same job unless u clear it out - XP tries to be helpful and if there's been an unsuccessful print job - it'll keep restarting it.
