I think your pretty close with this Graham, top 4 for sure. I think Everton Villa is like a coin toss which could end ether way.

City may slip with the transfer probs at the club but the only major mistake you have made is Sunderland and Newcastle, you've got them the wrong way round m8.

I have to totally disagree with Liverpool even finishing in top 2. I think it could be another 2 horse race of Man U and Chelsea again this year.
I can see us staying above the mackems too.

Agreed its going to be a two horse race Arsenal havent got the depth in thier squad and Liverpool have the players but just always seem to bottle it. I fancy Spurs to eventually get into the top four this season they have made some good signings and if (big IF) Woodgate stays fit they will be solid at the back.

    nicework

As I wrote somewhere else, Im worried about our lack of strength and general hardness...we'll get destroyed by more physical teams. Seems to me that Ramos is "Doing a Benitez" and focusing on Europe.

We did well overall yesterday, matched Liverpool for most of the game and missed a couple of chances of our own to win the game.

Gerrard was quality in the middle for Liverpool and Torres had one moment of brilliance, though it was a far cry from the same fixture last year when we were comfortably outclassed.

Strong rumours this week that another player on his way from Man Utd to strengthen the defence, and if we can get a quality striker in as well as Jones getting back to fitness we will do alright this year IMO.
