    I can't do powernaps.. they fuck my head up..
    Especially in the winter..

    I've been known to fall asleep at say 8 and get up at 9.30 and start gettin ready for work..

    My granny did that once. Hadnt been sleeping after a knee op and fell asleep downstairs then woke up about an hour later, got washed and changed, made breakfast and then wondered why it got dark!

    I did that as well, i fell asleep watching telly with my mam a few years ago, i woke up went into the kitchen and got the loaf of bread, my mam came in and asked what i was doing and i told her i was making breakfast - she told me to get to bed :lol:
