is this how you do it, thought i'd double check before i attempt this tomorrow!

1) Save the pictures from the cd to the hard drive of your computer, into say c:/my documents/my pics/Japan

2) Then when you go to post a message, just scroll to bottom of screen and click add attachment.

Pretty much Give it a try ruth, if it doesnt work, just delete it

i don't want to bugger my dads pc up by doing anything tho!

PS - You are better uploading pics to a website and then linking to it.

You arn't allowed to post images that are any bigger than a postage stamp if you are directly uploading from your pc

so how do i do that then?

you could use image station..thats easy enough.

How many are there?

If you put them in a zip file and email me them, ill put them on image station.

i'll sort trhem out 2morro cos i don't actually know how manys worth being put up!

in the folder that you have your pics in, right click, select New, and then "Compressed (Zip) Folder" (or something similar)

Using imagestation:

After u log in....

go to 'my imagestation'

then 'create new album'

then fill out the album details (only need to fill out the name and description bits) and click continue

on the next page click on drag and drop (u may need to let something to download on ur computer at this point bcos it is the 1st time u r doing it, so just accept if a box pops up)

then choose the pics from the folders on ur computer and then upload them. Hold down the 'ctrl' button while clicking on pictures if u want to select more than one.

Click OK or whatever. Your computer should then tell u that the pictures are being uploaded.

Im doing this from memory so Im not sure what happens next but once ur pics are uploaded the rest should be easy.

i'll try but my dads pc doesn't let anything download from the net onto it!

i wud ideally like to post them straight on here so i can explain them to you's but we shall c!

Just do that then. Might have to resize the pics 1st tho. U shud still b able to post them at a decent size.

U cud use an image editing program like Photoshop but Im guessing u havent got one.

I've never tried this myself but according to Bri u can:

open it in paint.

goto edit menu

stretch & skew

change the horizontal AND vertical percentage to be the same (smaller) size.....
