    Pioneer services

Is there anywhere locally that deals with pioneer DJ equipment? Just that the 1/4 parameter button on my efx1000 is sticky and i need to get it seen to. Would hate to have to send it halfway down the country or something like that

    Any help greatly appreciated :cool2:

Just rang them mate. Said he hasnt done anything with an efx before but will have a look and if its just a sticky button, reckons he will be able to sort it. 25quid just for them to look at it, then whatever else on top. Cheers Stephen :cool2:

    Just seen this now

Cheers for the help people. me mates just took it up to aitkens and brought it back. it did cost 25 quid and the button is fixed but he said that the plastic plate that the buttons rest on underneath the cover is cracked. He said it could be fixed for good or could go at anytime. he said that this is a specialist part that i can only get from pioneer and would cost me £100

Ive only had it a year and havent exactly hammered it. thought it would be a lot more durable than that the bastards

Sony parts are the same - if it's a specialist part that only they supply - it'll be expensive to get it from them

Pier could you build me a CDJ1000 with Soulseek built into it?

I'd be taking 'reading the crowd' to a new level
