Pineapple Express. In a way, i'm this films target market (as are probably most of you who drop into this section). I like films, I'm a fan of comedy, and I love getting baked. But this film just didn't do it for me. It's written by the lads who wrote Superbad (which i thought was canny funny but a bit overrated). They call this a "stoner action movie" but really there's noting much going on in terms of proper action scenes. It's more of a farcical chase movie. I didn't proper crease up once, had a few half-chuckles though. I just didn't find the humour to my tastes. Probably give it a 5/10.
You rarely get movies that do nowadays. It takes something special these days to make me crease up. Whether it's a movie or a tv show.
hot fuzz and superbad at the pics were mint, crying at both of them, but its rare to see a decent cmmedy at the pics. just seems to be awash with disaster move type shite
i saw this tonight, it was funny as fuck i thought, the bit where he crashes the car into the black fella halfway down the manhole was funny as fuck
This was boring after the 1st half an hour and dragged out too long. It did have funny bits but not really worth the effort.
