thats appauling. they'll get away with it too. the owner is non apologetic - "it's fine - what you talking about" type attitude. the council will do fuck all about it and they gypos will fuck off with a wedge in their pocket. i'm becoming more and more right wing every day.
What have they actually done that the council can do anything about? Surely if it meets health and saftey standards and they have a license then they're doing nothing wrong? Some people might be happy with what they got for their £25
