    I learned a long time ago to not break anything up.. it just paints a target on you.
    Unfortunately this is the way society is..

    Leave them to fight.. they'll wipe each other out eventually (Unless it was some poor innocent lad gettin picked on.. then give him a hand wiping them out...)

    i agree with the last statement or if its 2 v 1, last year i was walking back home from digital and walked past the big market and outside the rose and crown pub i seen a this bloke arguing with his lass then punch her smack in the nose ( id love to do that to a lass if she was going mental like but i wouldnt ya kna) and i went over and pushed the lad away and held the lass and tried to walk her away, she went more mental then her lad and wanted to kill me for getting involved

    you cant win, i rang the police told them the crack and said he had a knife so i win

    Seen it happen before. Been with a group of mates, one of them got started on for no reason, we all squared up against this bloke to break it up and the bouncers threw him out. I think we were just lucky.

    Still not a good idea to try and break it up, usually you'll achieve about as much if you punched the wall in the cosmic ballrooms...

    In all fairness he did post at 4am so was likely under the influence of said 'loads of beer and champagne at floritas'.

    I'm guessing since it was a monday, the town was probably full of graduating or 'hanger on' students who cant hold their booze and end up in a ruck.

    Its a shame people blur the line between drinking to go out and have a good time, to actually raising their hands against others - I had a friend on the front page of the chronicle a few years back who was lucky enough to have his head STAMPED ON right before christmas. Incredible.
