Pictures in threads

Won't let me attach pictures for some reason.

They're saved on my C: drive. Initially emailed them to myself from my phone, and they were in .bmp format. Have now renamed them to .jpg and they still won't attach.

Any ideas? They're not very big at all.

they have to be smaller than 50k and 450px wide...

renaming won't work. it'll STILL be in bitmap format, rather than jpeg and the software will expect it to be a jpg file

Open in a paint package, then 'Save as' and choose the file format '.jpg', max dimensions 540*540... i think..

I have resized it, but it is still about 400k. Any ideas? (again!)
