    Physical Peak ?

What age does everyone think is your physical peak?

May not be appropriate to the younger people on the board. But i think people generally look at sporting stras and think its 27/28 ish.

    Personally i thinbk its 24.

All my life ive throiwn myself about, bounced off the ground, ran as fast as i like, twisted my legs into strand places, etc ( as anyone whos witnessned me play football will testify). Never warmed up eoither, before anything. Never had a single injury.

Ever since ive turned 25, im permanenbtly crippled by stupid injurys. Presently both my kneees are fuck, i can barely walk, never mind run properly. Not to mention my ankle which has been trashecd for 8 months or so now.

    Not fair.

    All downhill from here. :(

whatever happened to my fitness tho, it felt like my heart was pushing through my rib cage :(

all funds go straight to the BUPA health care, because thats where we'll all end up with heart failure after the race ;)

Will there be drug-testing at this event?
  19. Guest

Yes, we wont be able to complete the run without them so if theres none in ur system u cant do the run as you wont finish the race therfore not making any money for chairty!
