Pete Tong How good is he??? I know he doesnt dj stuff most of u love, but what a wicked DJ!!! I would love to see him!!
Pete Tong has only played Shindig once and that was at the beginning of March. I don't really rate him.
I wouldn't go as far as to say I dont rate him. I think he concentrates mostly on his production work now and when he does play its usually in Las Vegas and stuff.
Production work? D'you mean Radio 1? I never heard any Pete Tong stuff. I know about his record label but not any productions.
Tong would be too much Shindig style me thinks - then again i maybe wrong but i cant see him warming up for anyone which is what he would be able to do at the most really in Promise ! Gimme the Trancey Tong of 99 n then were talking
saw him at space in ibiza last year and to be honest he aint my cuppa tea, but i didnt mind him...he played the original of madonna's dont tell me, which i thought was a bit odd...and he also played wham-club tropicana...hehehe

I have seen Pete Tong a couple of times in 2000. I have alot of respect for what he does but I dont rate his DJing style as high as many others.
he plays a lot of stuff not mant peeps have heard but his mixin and stuff is flawless just does not cater the right music in the right places.
apparently he was well funky @ shindig! he'd probably alter his style for promise though! not that id mind anyways, funky rulz!
