pc parts etc i was gonna buy some new bits but tbh not really needed, im gonna be playing about with blu ray discs and encoding and deciding etc so what ive got qill probs still sufice but its also a htpc. is there any progs that will let me underclock the gfx card and cpu easily without the need to go into the bios. a program that lets me do both would be class. sure i used to use somet like powerstrip for the gfx like but is there owt fast and simple.
