I am all for gobbing on them, but you cant call them frogies. Very soon some people will be calling you a Sun reader, dont ask me why its just what some people like to do.

from when i went last year, you find the french equivalent to oxford street at the tube stop 'le chatelet' about a 2 mile stetch. for the upmarket department stores and designer boutiques, all you want are the little roads or 'rues' that go off from the champs elysees.

sight seeing wise the louvre is a must, however after you've had the mandatory glance at the mona lisa their is so much more to appreciate inside, you can spend a whole day inside easily!

also took the gf for a meal on a paddle steamer up and down the river, amazing views and ambience on board floating around paris in the eveing, food was excellent although pricet worked out about £90 a head for boat & meal.

eifel tower probably mandatory, while also being the height of tackiness, if you've never been get the bus though the tube stop is a long walk!

if you want any other info feel free to pm me. ;)

Nah, you see Sun readers hate any none-white immigrants. It's the Daily Mail readers that hate the French.
