search for a basic HTML training document, that will also get u started - it's a good idea to have an understanding of the coding. Something like this : http://archive.ncsa.uiuc.edu/General/Training/HTMLIntro/Intro.html Also - whatever ISP you're with will have a 'How to' website bit...
yeah... you want some hosting... www.capitalhosts.com (cant go wrong) and probably a domain name... i expect the above could sort that also, but i used www.123reg.co.uk anyway. you want to learn html... it's all well and good letting dreamweaver do the work for you but if you cant get ur hands dirty you'll never get that far into it. and take it from there... there's a whole lot more to learn if you want to be good. and what juski says is very true as well... my site only really gets hits because of the image galleries.
