    Outlook

Im having a couple of problems with microsoft outlook, im trying to do get help on two things though please:

    1. I cant find how to turn on the option for when your typing a new email, so it will give you an option of addresses youve already sent to or recieved from?

    2. How do I change how often it automatically sends n recieves cos at the minute its fully manual?

    Thank you please :D

    1) Auto Complete - it's an internet setting. Check them.

    2) what version of outlook? is it set to use POP3 or EXCHANGE? the settings will be different....
