orange wont let me cancel my contract, been with them 18months, i want to cancel current contract, but they will charge me 180 quid. all i want to do is switch to their other dolphin/canary/budie tariff (or what ever they are called)

Anyone give advice on this please?

aye, unfortunately i upgraded to the shitty n80 (which is poo, coz it keeps crashing and the power connection is loose so it wont charge properly) that was in may time. i have 5 and a bit months left on this contract, im payin 55 quid, and they have roped me into 200mins and 500 text for that price..

when i seen the unlimited text thing i wanted that, but they wont do anythin for me even ive been with orange quite a bit of time

baring in mind i pay upto 100 quid a month coz i always go over the allowance, so surely im class as a higher payer or sumthing like that, so theyll be able to change it?!?!?
or does it not work like that?

I pay £20 a month for 300 minutes and 650 texts.

He's getting massively raped.

Mine is £25 for 250 texts and 500 anytime, any network minutes.

they wont let me change it!! thats my problem, coz me 'free promotional text' ran out when i upgraded, (which they didnt tell me until after) i had to increase to a bundled offer

Orange are robbing cunts, they gave my sisters mobile number to ''their sister company'' a fucking one man band company who sent her a shit phone out and wont cancel the contract even though she never signed anything!!

And when she rings orange they keep hanging up on her, one ignorant fucker was like, bye bye, bye bye!!

I work for orange on a temp job till xmas. You have to be in the last 3 months of your contract to move to one of the animal packages...they are really good deals so obv they are using them to get loads of new customers and not wanting to lose too much money so making current customers stay on the same talkplan .

I pay 35 for 550 mins and unlimited texts

i want sum of that action


but i suppose that perks of teh job is it
