One for the fitness freaks There's a hardly used road on a steep hill at the back of my house and I've decided to put it to good use and speed up my (almost non existent) fitness regime. I'm repeating 100 meter sprints up the fucker until I get absolutely fucked, with the aim being to do one extra sprint every day. This is a lot better for me than flat out running isn't it?
Re: One for the fitness freaks I wouldn't say so, you'd be able to flat out run for longer than you could doing 100meter sprints so you would get more out of flat out running. I'm no Michael Johnson but i prefer to run for longer time scales upping my speed until i'm close to a sprint, try to hold the sprint for about 2mins and then drop to my original pace and start again. This has improved my fitness loads. It would be even better if i didn't ave 3 currys and 4 kebabs a week
Re: One for the fitness freaks not really, if you run every day you wont have time to recover and your muscles will be fucked (specially if your doing sprints). best thing it to keep it varied with one long run a shorter faster run and one sprint session a week or something like that...imo best way to get half decent at running is to follow a training program for a half marathon or 10k

There are Maiden's Wattle trees on the side of the road at the back. Perfect for extracting DMT from - 30%+ of their bark contains DMT. I'll think I'll stick with getting fit for the time being before I take a trip to spaceland on elf spice.
Re: Re: Re: One for the fitness freaks That looks perfect - there's a path through a park just before the hill. Think I'll be fucked off something so intense at the minute though. May start with jogging three times week, and two sets of uphill sprints.
Kyle, Id prefer doing what yr doing it will increase yr stamina loads without wasting you away. Try doing it with a backpack full of books/bricks when it starts to get easy (ier!)
Good call regarding the backpack I don't wanna lose weight, happy being between 78-81 kg, just wanna get fit.
