    oh wonderful geeky ones??

    is it possible to transfer things from one pc to another...i have my camera programme on my dads pc but i'm getting a lappy very soon & want it all on there? :D

    cant you just use the disc to install it on to your pc ?

    There's software which moves all your current apps, data and settings directly across to a new computer whilst keeping anything already installed on your new machine intact!

    I've got a copy of Laplink PCmover! Which does the job easily!! :up:

    To avoid confusion you should just install the camera software on the laptop.

    If you want to move images then just copy to disc and then place them on your laptop.. in the same folder.

    For example if the program looks in C:\Program Files\Camera\Photos.. then copy them there on the laptop.

    Then the program can automatically detect them.

    Presuming it offer this sort of functionality.
