Oh No Newcastle United winger Laurent Robert has revealed that he would like to extend his contract at St James' Park until 2008. Robert said: "I hope my agent will open talks about my future after the club finishes its transfer business next month. "I would like the chairman to give me two more years at Newcastle. "I have always wanted to stay here and things look much better for me here now." Robert's agent Willie McKay added: "Laurent wants to extend his contract. It's now up to Graeme Souness, and there's not been a problem between them." JUST GET LOST FRENCH LOSER

Roberts courners have been nothing short of SHOCKING this season.. how many goals have we scored from courners??? I would rather bowyer take um Boa Morte or failing that N'Zogbia on the left flank
We have done okay from corners this year, the main problem is most of team is under 4ft. As for Bowyer taking corners, he is shocking he cant lift the ball.
We all do but thats old news lads, we've got to make do with what we have and you all know that Robert is the best of a bad bunch that can cross a ball.
Keep Robert i reckon he is a lazy **** like but can be class on his day. Speaking about nobby will still need a decent right winger i reckon
Never thought I'd say this but he's right, we can't afford to lose Robert at the moment. He's the best we have out wide, altho that isnt saying much.
