Office XP service pack 3 update problem

My computer is trying to install Office XP service pack 3. While doing this, it stops to ask for 'proplus.msi'. However, when I find this on my Office XP CD it then tells me that it is not a valid installer so the installation of service pack 3 fails.

Any ideas as to what is up?

    Thanks.

I've tried to install this too. Can't remember what problem i came across but it wasn't that one.

Either way wouldn't work for me either. :(
