Tiago Miranda is weekly resident at Lux in Lisbon, possibly one of Europe’s most influential and highly regarded clubs for “proper” dancefloor sounds... His genre defying releases & remix work on labels such as Leng, ESP Institute, Golf Channel, DFA & our previous guest Chida’s Ene Records have won him many fans among some of the world’s more clued up music lovers and he’s also more recently found an entirely new legion of followers from his appearances at We Love at Space, Ibiza… After being fortunate enough to see him close last month’s Claremont 56 secret 5th Birthday party in fine style it gives us great pleasure to be bringing him to Newcastle for the very first time! LAST WALTZ... As ever, DADA residents LAST WALTZ will also be on hand providing warm-up duties & beyond, capping off a hectic summer of gigs all over the UK & Europe & a number of releases on the likes of Tusk Wax, Futureboogie, World Unknown & others... THE VENUE… After the powers that be prevented us from throwing a final party at the Old Music Hall back in July, we couldn’t believe our luck in finding such a fantastic & completely suitable replacement venue at such short notice and after looking like there actually wasn’t going to be a party at all it turned out being possibly our best to date!
