o2 Ive got the simcard where if I top up 10 pound a month I get 300 free texts...Im meant to top up by the 23rd of every month and I topped up last thursday which I think was the 19th...I got a text lastnight saying since I hadn't topped my phone up I wouldn't be getting my free text messgaes...and when I tried to ring customer services today it was a recorded voice saying they know there is problems with the network and to only stay and speak to someone if my phone has been lost or stolen!? What the hell?
i know but I only have like a pound left on my phone and it costs about 30p a min so I would get cut off before getting through
i had to email them when that happened to me. they'll tell you it'll be sorted in 48hrs. whether it is or not is a different matter!
just stay on the line jess and kick off big time you might be able to get 500 texts a month if you stress enough.
Ive had one of these sim cards on the go for ages. I top up whenever and I always still get the free texts .... but sometimes they take a while to go on. You'll get them in a couple of days.
But I got a text saying I hadnt topped my phone up...so they obv think I havent...I emailed the bastards!
ive had the same happen to me, i topped up a couple of days ago to get this months free texts and they havent come thru so ive now nearly used all the credit that i put on last week.
haha ness was on the phone to them the other day as they had made a mistake with his thing like that. Not only did she get them on his phone straight away, when he ran out of cred she called him back - AND reimbursed the cost of the call - sorted!
