Charged me for texts & calls that had never appeared on my previous 4 months bills. They had network problems so a lot calls & texts were missed off people bills but everything is fine @ O2 now so all charges they missed off are whacked on this months bills.

aaah, 'late rated calls'. If they're anything like Orange they've got you, it states in the T&C's they can do that

They should at least knock off the charges for itemised billing over the period of wrong billing.

The T&C can say all its like.

As I think there should of been an explanation in my bill of why these charges appeared, or a text message saying this would be happening, or a courtesy call explaining about this & dare I say it a small token gesture payment i.e refunding all previous itemised billing charges.

    The woe's of ringing O2:

The first person I spoke to was a chap who hung up on me.I have since found out he said I was irate after he explained the problem. HE IS ON CUSTOMER SERVICE'S IRATE CUSTOMER ARE WHAT HE IS PAID TO DEAL WITH!!!!. The reality is it was approx 10 mins to his home time.

Rang straight back got a girl who told me the system was down, I told her I would speak to team leader. She then put me on hold until I got message saying "CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOW CLOSED,PLEASE CALL BACK FROM....."

Called O2 this morning spoke to a Jessica who could only say sorry for everything that happened, during this time I spoke to a team leader who also could only say sorry for everything!!!!!

    Poor service all round

I dont think 5 or so 118118 calls is going to do any damage. The bill isnt the problem its the way they just sprong all these missed call charges on my bill without informing me.
