I have phoned them loads of times and they just say they will send the settings which never arrive, I have even kicked off on the phone and they still say the same, they are fucking shit.

I ended up having to phone 02 twice in two days, the first time they said they'd send them too me and they never - the second time i just said i wouldnt put the phone down till i had it setup on me blower !

The total for the two calls at 50p a min was summit like £10/20 cos it took that long in the end on there fucking shit rate line

In the end the bloke told me how to set it up and it took fucking ages, i do now have GPRS/WAP/MMS setup on me phone :D :D

go on the website and in the help section there will be a bit for them to send mms settings over, click on it wait for your message as soon as you get it, save the settings, and violia (sp) your phone works

but it will start costing a penny a page so make it work afore the end of this month
