In a nutshell it's on the bones of it arse. There were loads of fans fighting and kicking off with each other tonight, kids crying because of it, fucking horrible atmosphere. One of the worst performances I've ever ever seen, and I've seen a few. Sack the board, Sheppard out, the boo's were the worst I've ever heard. The club is a fucking joke from top to bottom, and I'll not be renewing my ticket whilst these bunch of fuck wits, players/chairman/board I can go on go! Fucking disgrace!

I dont honestly blame Roeder atm...

Shepherd and the likes of Dyer / Owen / Luque wanna have a long fucking think about they way they have went on cos Roeder in all fairness inherited a shit team.

Last night as well man he was shaking like a shitting dog getting interviewed, felt proper sorry for him.

My mate was at the match n said Parker was having a go at the fans, i could of been forgiven to think he hadnt turned up yesterday the cockney little twat.

It's dire straits now like Shepherd wants to fuck off he's made his cash, the players wanna either be not paid to make them get theer finger out or contracts ended.

can you please tell me what exactly owen has done?

i agree with everything else you say though.

i really like roeder but can not see anything but an unhappy end to his reign as manager.

i would like to see him return to the academy but i understand that would be impossible now.

He shouldnt of been bought in the first place, i wouldnt of bent over backwards for Martins like we did as well never mind knowing how old the fucker is ??

I have to question Roders judgement on that signing.

why the fuck should owen not of been bought?

he is one of the worlds top strikers. he has been unlucky with injuries. not his fault is it?

same goes for dyer, he has been unlucky, dont particulary like the guy, but you cannot blame injured players for the mess that we are in.

Roeder has to go for me. I like him, but he is not cut out for the Premiership.

It was more interesting watching them filming that bloke and his little kid walk up and down the stairs about 20 times and the people fighting and arguing amoongst themselves. I thought in our past games we havn't played too bad but yesterday was a disgrace noone seemed interested at all. It's not as if weve played anyone decent yet, we will get absolutely dicked on by the big teams :(

As an manager would you if you were running a business emply someone who's guarenteed to be on the pat n mick all the time ?

Michael Owen is a prime example, not just here but in Madrid and Liverpool as well - fact.

As for Dyer "never ending storryyyyyyy"

As much as I don't think Roeder is right for the job (and I didn't want him appointed in the first place), we can't just keep sacking managers at the rate that we do (in addition, the rate of sackings suggests that the problems are higher up). I'm not sure what the solution is really. Plus who'd come to us at the moment?

Roeder is just too nice, plus it's obvious he's in no position to stand up to Shepherd. It was Roeder who didn't want to play the game until the Sunday but Shepherd wanted the TV money. We need a stronger manager than that.

The chaos outside the ground last night reminded me of when i had me season ticket 88/89 onwards. Actually it was 88/89 when Gordon McKeag was Chairman and Sir John was kicking around, that season they got relegated to the 2nd division and it wasnt nice week in week out then.

Roeder doesn't really get the blame. Atm he's only putting out teams with the players we have available, but it's quite obvious they have no idea what there doing at all. They did not make ONE chance yesterday, I don't think ever Souness's teams were that bad. Sheppard took the easy option giving Roeder the job, when we should of got a top top manager in, like bending over backwards for O'neil, etc. The job of finding Shearer's replacement aswell, they had 2 years years, and still fucked it up. The whole club is a joke and laughing stock. We need something along the lines of that company who took over Spurs to come in and sort everything out, weather that happens or not is a totally different question. It was a very very sad day for NUFC yesterday:(

    Just read this:

"A friend told me that, as a Newcastle fan, I should be worried about Glenn Roeder's managerial track record for this forthcoming season," says Jeremy Parwani. "Is the following an accurate synopsis of Glenn's managerial history? Gillingham: 7th, then relegated; Watford: 7th, then relegated; West Ham: 7th, then relegated; Newcastle: 7th, ???".

As a Newcastle fan you should probably be worried about a few things, Jeremy, but Roeder's record is certainly eerie. Gillingham were never relegated under him (he was only there a year) but Watford (between 1994 and 1996) and West Ham (2001 and 2003) did indeed follow the pattern of finishing seventh one season and being relegated the next. That said, Roeder wasn't around to take either side down: he was sacked as Watford manager in February 1996 with relegation looming and suffered a brain tumour in April 2003.

they are an embarressment. they get paid a lot of fucking money & tbf all they have to do is go & do something they lov edoing.

i do better & put more effort into doing my job. i don't always enjoy it & i get paid an awful lot less.

    it's a shambles

theres not point in getting rid of roeder cos a new manager has no other players to play with. we have no strikers & our midfielders don't seem to know how to score goals atm

i don't think it's right to behave that badly at matches tho. there are kids there. the booing yes, the walking out before the end yes but not arguing on amongst themselves.

what's there to argue about. we're fucking shite & an embarresment. end of
