    ntl running slowly

My ntl 10 meg connection seems to be running slow recently.taking upto 15 seconds just to load a page when I'm browsing and when downloading torrent its taking about a day to download a dvd-r when it was doing it in 6-8 hours before (theres plenty seeders and not many leechers and my ratios are good on the sites I'm using)

Anyone else on ntl having problems???

I will do.I remember somebody saying about them capping connections if you download more than your fai usage limit.I think mine is 75 gig or something but I'm uploading and downloading constantly so maybe that why

I have the same problem. Can I just ask what speeds you download at when its running normally because I think on average I get about 200 all be it that its connected to 2 other computers but that doesnt seem right to me for 10MB connection.

If your downloading web based stuff off a good server you should be getting speeds of 1000 k/bs maybe even more.
