They are now saying that you would have to use more than 1GB 3 days in a row before they would kick off. If anyone has this service and isn't using 1GB + what's the point? Don't tell me that 512k isn't fast enough. They are basically telling you that you can only use it at full speed for 2.5 hours a day (roughly) which is a bit of a con isn't it? Yet another telco needs to look up unlimited to see what it actually means.
i have had broadband for years now.. don't think i have ever come close to using that type of usage. i only ever look at websites
YEah 3 days in a row and u get "warned" Not happy @ all - a think a can safely say that my name will be right up there with best of em on this "user list" they have....... Its a fukkin joke to be honest! 1GB/day is useless for me - utterly useless! They r tryin to say that "unlimited" actually means u can connect anytime in the say and not that uc an download wot u want...as if!
u have had it for years? wot type of broadband u have like mate? it aint been about for years like - in uk anyway...........has it??
had ntl 512k broadband since early 2000, think where i am in teesside was one of the 1st exchanges for it to be enabled on.
so is this on about 1GB of download traffic to your PC, not just meaning the stuff u download eg, mp3's, files, software. but the whole amount download traffic your computer users when on the net??
