    NTL (or NT Hell... u decide...)

    Not sure if yas know or not but NTL broadband service is now limited to 1GB traffic/day,

    WTF?!?!?!

    Not a happy chappy!

    To be honest i dont think i download any where near 1GB so i dont think it will bother me.

    They are now saying that you would have to use more than 1GB 3 days in a row before they would kick off.

    If anyone has this service and isn't using 1GB + what's the point? Don't tell me that 512k isn't fast enough.

    They are basically telling you that you can only use it at full speed for 2.5 hours a day (roughly) which is a bit of a con isn't it?

    Yet another telco needs to look up unlimited to see what it actually means.

    i have had broadband for years now.. don't think i have ever come close to using that type of usage.

    i only ever look at websites :)

    YEah 3 days in a row and u get "warned"

    Not happy @ all - a think a can safely say that my name will be right up there with best of em on this "user list" they have.......

    Its a fukkin joke to be honest!

    1GB/day is useless for me - utterly useless!

    They r tryin to say that "unlimited" actually means u can connect anytime in the say and not that uc an download wot u want...as if!

    had ntl 512k broadband since early 2000, think where i am in teesside was one of the 1st exchanges for it to be enabled on.

    so is this on about 1GB of download traffic to your PC, not just meaning the stuff u download eg, mp3's, files, software. but the whole amount download traffic your computer users when on the net??
